A separate $20 check must be included along with your registration fee for each team registered (Combined boys/girls teams on the same line need only submit one extra check). So if you register a Sparks and Club team, two $20 checks must be submitted, along with regular registration.

Also, if the above conditions are met, the Line Judge earns two bonus points for their team. These points will be posted prior to the start of the event, and are in addition to sportsmanship points earned later. For boys/girls teams on the same line, each team gets the bonus points.
If the above conditions are not met, the $20 will go to the Awana Camp Scholarship Fund.
REGISTRATION FORMS: Please be sure to use proper registration forms for your event and location. Registration forms sent to the wrong event coordinator will be returned. Forms must arrive at the correct location, with proper funding, to be considered for registration.
